Any other throws coach out their having trouble keep female throwers??  I know that univerisies go through cycles of a large number of either men or women, but rarelly at the same time will one have both.  I know I am at a D II school, but historicly our women's throwers have been very dominate in our confrence and have been very competitivly nationaly.  So my question is what are some of the ways you go about keeping women in the program,  for instance this year we only have 2 returners (maybe) and 2 freshmen (hopefully).  We actievly recurit and we get some of those recruits however when they get on campus they decide not to throw.
