I am very excited about our upcoming indoor season.  Our returning throws look amazing, the new workouts are starting to pay huge dividens both in the weight room and in the ring.  Our freshmen men and women are starting to get in the swing of things.  A couple will help contribute to our team goals of winning another confrence title. and they are helping in such a way that they are pushing our upper classmen in making it hopefully to Nationals.  Every class that we have brought in the past 4 years has improved upon what the previous class has done.  So all and all both Lex and myself are very excited for the upcoming indoor season.  I will talk about the outdoor season when we get closer to the start of that season and give an update on our indoor season too.  I will try to post some photos and videos through out the indoor season, and yes update people on how the throwers in the GNAC confrence are doing.
