Just want to say welcome to the Hammer Center sites being relocated to RunnerSpace.com.  For those of you who do not know about the Hammer Center it was started by G. Martin Bingisser a fellow Washington Native who I had the privilege of competing against back in our High School days (almost 10 years ago according to the white strands of hair on my head).  I know that running both the High School and College portion of the sites is a labor of love.  I should also mention that those of you from the Pacific Northwest should check out his other site Evergreen Athletic Fund (EAF).

So Martin Welcome to RunnerSpace.com.  I am glad to see more members of the throwing community matriculating to this wonderful site.

Anyone who has not visited any of the Hammer Center sites I strongly recommend that you do so immediately.
